Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Reese. If it's not working out, we'll make it right.

1. Subscription Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your Reese subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

After the 7-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Just reach out and we'll do our best to help.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with your account email and we'll take care of it. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll keep access to Reese until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right to cancel, you may cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days without giving any reason, unless the digital content has already been accessed or used.

To exercise this right, contact us before the 14-day period expires. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. When Refunds May Not Apply

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • The subscription has been actively used beyond the refund window.
  • The request is made more than 14 days after purchase without a qualifying reason.
  • The account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

6. Billing Issues

If you notice a duplicate charge, an unexpected billing amount, or any other billing error, email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
