Reese is an AI-powered People Intelligence app designed to help you understand the people in your life. We are not therapists. We are not licensed counselors. Reese helps you make sense of behaviors, conversations, and what's going on between you and the people around you.

By using this service, you acknowledge that everything Reese tells you is generated by artificial intelligence and should be evaluated with your own judgment. Do not make life-altering decisions solely based on AI-generated analysis.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

Reese requires an account to use. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle and are subject to our refund policy.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use this service to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit (non-consensual).
• Harass or stalk others.
• Violate the privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the underlying AI system.

4. AI Limitations

Reese uses AI to help you figure out what's going on with people and relationships, but it is not a human. It can get things wrong, miss what's really happening, or read a situation differently than you would. What Reese gives you is a perspective to consider, not a diagnosis or a definitive answer.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you share with Reese. We retain ownership of the service, its design, code, AI prompts, and methodologies.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any actions you take based on what Reese tells you. Your relationships and decisions are your responsibility. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
